The sun was set now and for many it was time to rest.
Not for one tricky fox.
No, the night was his time of play. His dirt colored pelt was now nothing but a gray fiigure. Moonlight blanched the world and made everything look ominous in its own way. For Leonardo, the only thing that resisted the paling light was the amber eyes that shot out through the darkness. He looked like a ghost when he trotted across the sand. There was obviously no fear to what he did or that he possibly would be stepping on some paws if this belonged to some silly pack. Leo leapt onto a log that was perfumed with the scent of the salty waters of the ocean. This place was overwhelmed with those things and his dark nose curled with distaste. Surely these beaches weren't always deserted, were they?
"What did I expect? This place, this "Genesis" is a wasteland full of flea bitten mutts and big headed wolves." He leapt back down to the sand and continued onward, aiming for the wreckage that was closing in. He had planned on exploring this little tidbit since he had arrived and now was as good of a time as ever. No interruptions and certainly no flea bitten mutts.
