civil war is a simple minded southern gentleman. All he wants to do is settle down and raise a family. HE wants to live an honest life and is mostly done with the violent life he used to lead. Some may look at him like he's a crazy old fool with nothing to live for. Some may see him as a wise elder with advice to give and dogs to teach. He, at times, can be both of those things. Images from his war dog past still haunt him and can drive him into crazy mutterings. Since Adeline left him, he has no living thing to live for. He thrives upon hopes and dreams of having a mate and family. This dogs is wise, he has seen many things that would send most other dogs running.
