A L A S K A
Putting on her super flirty face, Alaska stepped onto the scene. She moved like a dog just dying for attention. Her legs were long and her whole body athletic. Ever move she made was pure grace and poise. This Husku was ink black and crisp white and to most male irresitible. If her looks didn't get you, her flirty attitude would. She held her ears forward as she slowed and looked around. Everything about her was utterly approachable.
Slowly, she came to a poised stop and looked around. There had to be someone's heart she could play with. Not that she'd ever make it look like that. To most, Alaska was just a flirty female who played rough all days, and most were scared of her. Few knew that beneath the surface, this female's secret was dying to be cracked. Alaska flirted because it was fun for her. In her game though, there were definite lines for her.
Alaska perked her ears as she heard the remote sounds of someone else. THey probably thought they had been unheard, but Alaska's ears and nose were fine tuned for hunting and she picked up the smallest changes going around her. Silently, she turned and started acting like she was tracking prey as she moved toward the newcomer innocently. Looking up and around, she thought of how ironic it was that she was using a simple type of hunting to do a more fun type of hunting.

It was warm today, sunlight dancing against the stone pact ground. The warmth was welcomed openly as it seeped into his thick spotless white coat. Ambitious and alluring duo-toned eyes peered around the streets like a vulture. Oh what to do today? Those pale black kissers edged back into a lazy heart melting grin. Lover boy, a romeo at his best, Hawthorne walked with the strut of a peacock not afraid to show off and boast about his pure bred blood. He knew he had a pretty face, and that along with a silver tongue full of magical little words to get his way made him a deadly weapon for girls hearts all around. A real charmer he was.
Hawthorne's paws skidded against the asphalt noisily, not caring if he'd disturbed or alerted anyone. He was a smooth talker, he could get himself out of any sticky situation he wanted. About half way crossing a street he was aware of his new `shadow' causing the edges of his lips to tug upward in a cocky little grin. White coated husky paused, turning and taking a seat, his entire being nearly screamed with arrogance. "Well Hello there Darling." That velvet voice tipped off the edges of his tongue with a flirtatious face. "whats such a pretty face like yours doing all alone?"

i54.tinypic.com/2q3uidi.jpg[/IMG] Battering his eyelashes at the sight of the Husky, Alaska was prepared for the best. Or worst. Whatever. Her icy blue eyes danced and yearned for her to get a better look at the male that had approached her. Eagerly her grin turned into a smirk. Carefully she watched the brute's movements with glee. Her first victim. Yay. Alaska's first goal was to play with him, see what he was like. If she accepted him, they would move on to a flirt. Oh boy. That was her favorite part. She looked up at the night sky, an evil but adorably cute look spread across her face. Now, it was her turn to answer. Game on. She lofted an eyebrow and continued standing, but took the smallest step towards him. "Hun, I own these city streets." she smirked, the plush part of her sleek tail ran gently under his chin as she walked by slowly, circling him.... But rubbing. Kinda. Sort of. OK, whatever you want to call it. (xD) When she reached his backside, she spoke again softly, but in her flirty sort of way. "Ah, but what about you, country boy? This isnt your home... I can tell." she chuckled, lifting an eyebrow.

Hawthorne chuckled softly at the girl. She was trying a bit hard, but he could give her credit for what she had done so far. "Well, baby girl if that's the case why don't you take us to get something to eat?" His coal lips slipped back into a cocky smirk. "I mean it's not everyday someone as Handsome as me comes around!" A laugh bubbled out of his throat, curly tail giving a small wag as he leaned into her touch.
Hawthorne circled her back, brushing his shoulders with her own. Muzzle poking around along her jaw, small warm nips were given to the skin. Ah lover boy, he had no respect for personal space- at least not with females usually. "My home? Well, your right. It's not here." He licked his lips. "It's in the richer areas love." He commented almost bored with the subject. "Now, how about that food?" His question rolled off his tongue, the words barely a whisper as he rested his muzzle by her ear.

i54.tinypic.com/2q3uidi.jpg[/IMG] Ouhh... This was FUN. Alaska had barely bit off a baby bite when she found herself biting off more than she could chew. Which, in her case was known as fun. She hoped she hadn't gotten herself into trouble. Eh, relax it'd be okay. Besides, she had a hot date to worry about... Right? Right. Alaska smirked and got up, the soft piter-pater of paws on the sidewalk made sure that a path was cleared for the two, and as she walked she spoke, "So, your callin' my place a dump, eh? If yours is more richer than mine..." she raised an eyebrow and slowed down, allowing the snow white brute to catch up. No doubt he was handsome, and she had a reason to be just a bit protective. Besides, the poodle she just passed totally did not deserve this playa. She scoffed and shoved her nose high in the air when she passed the dog park. Not many people were there as usual, but both males and females raced to the gate, saliva dripping from their jaws. Alaska rolled her eyes at the nasty creatures. "I'm guessing you're hungry. You like steak Hun?" a sly smile crept on the female's maw, her eyes glinting with wickedness, ouh but Alaska just loved it. Plus there waney anybody to stop them either. Pfft, Alasla was all for it. She just waited for his go and they were off.

Hawthorne gave another one of those heart stealing smiles. She was cute, looked to be pedigree for the most part- and she had some game....just his type! "So what's the lovely ladies name?" Hawthorne purred in a low seductive tone, catching up with her. His white coat pressed into her side, their bodies not holding an inch of space between them. He could feel the jealous glares cast from the few watching the couple. He loved the attention and found himself inspecting her, taking careful note of his `prey'. "I just might be. " He winked at her then shook his head. "But if you'd like to see how the royalty lives then please, by all means sweetheart stick with me."He chuckled lowly, his muzzle brushing by her ear. The warm air brushing it softly as he spoke again. "Steak, baby doll. I'd eat anything if it kept your pretty face around." He'd croon, setting that trap for the innocent mind of the female. A toothy grin given toward the dog park paparazzi. Now what to do, what to do! Sure, somewhere he genuinely fancied the girl somewhat. She was confident, had a charming voice, looks. Cunning as well. Relationships weren't Hawthorne's scene but maybe- just maybe she could change that. _ _________ [ Notes ] __________ _ - - [ Count ]: 218 - - [ Puppet ]: Hawthorne - - [ Notes ]: Breathe Carolina- Sweat it out - - [ Tagged ]: Alaska

i54.tinypic.com/2q3uidi.jpg[/IMG] Alaska blushed slightly, he was definitely putting on a show, and she could barely keep up. "It's Alaska. What's your name, sir?" she chuckled, raising an eyebrow in amusement. Her heart was beating so fast her pacemaker was about to explode. He was definitely making it hard on her, especially since Alaska wasn't used to someone that was actually better than her. Usually, this fae was better than anyone else. But nooo, not this one. Their steps were identical to each other, their walks seemed perfect under the shadow.
"Roayalty?" she scoffed, lifting an eyebrow. "If you want a worthy ""Princess"" I think you've lucked out. The poodle we just passed was taken by some Rottie." she joked, flipping her tail from side to side, a flirtatious indication really. Her stomach flipped and turned, truly, this dog was a baad puppy.
Damn is she ever found one of his victims, she knew what she'd do. AS they turned the corner and padded into the town hall, the smell of food, perfume and scented Groomers filled her nose, the aroma of the male left her brain for about 2 seconds. Then realty struck. "Alright, enough playing around now. We need t0o make a decision. Steak or chicken?" she bumped into his side of purpose, throwing herself off balance. She watched his reactions quietly.

The birds idle chatter made him turn his head for a short moment, curious. Those due-toned eyes fixed back on Alaska, ears pricking at the sound of her voice. "Hawthorne." He'd purr out in a low tone. Hawthorne could tell she was a slight bit nervous, but only because he studied her reactions so much. "Your names quite pretty."He'd comment, wagging his tail slightly. Hawthorne threw his head back, lips tearing back in a grin. Laughter bubbled out of his throat, looking back at the poodle as if considering it then back to Alaska. "Nah, between me and you Hun. Your much more of a princess than she is." he'd coo into her ear, his breath brushing against her fur. Alaska was flirting back with him, so why not ask the question that seemed loom in the air? To make her squirm. He was after all a professional. "Hm. Steak or Chicken.." Hawthorne bumped her back though with less force. [/IMG] His words slipped off his tongue easily as he whispered in her ear, she shivered and smiled. It was tough being with this guy, but Alaska was tougher. She smirked and leaned her head on his shoulder, sighing. His fur was soft, probably brushed before he met Alaska. She flicked her ears when he told her to pick, lifting her head from his shoulder and raising an eyebrow. "Ouh..now I'm the lady?" she chuckled, "Alright, i choose steak. Any objections with-" her breath was taken away when she was hit in the side with a metal tube.
The husky swerved and was thrown into Hawthorne, the criminal who hit her was masked, and had ropes in his hand. Alaska had the breath knocked out of her, her gorgeous blue and green eyes shut and lungs slowly collapsing as she exhaled and inhaled. The man had lunged forward for them, he had obviously been watching the two for the time, waiting for his chance.

Closed his eyes momentarily, a small huff leaving his throat. He enjoyed small touches, closeness of another, even if it was just for a night- then he'd be onto the next one. But who knew really? It seemed that Alaska was growing on him some. A laugh cleared from his throat, looking down at her. "Yes, now your the lady." he'd say in a warm tone. Hawthorne's brows knitted together unsure of why she'd stopped talking at first. Her body slamming into his own, making him stumble for balance. What? Duo-toned eyes turned to look, catching sight of the man. He was getting closer and closer..Hawthorne could of just ran, left her there. But he couldn't his legs felt grounded by an unfamiliar feeling rushing through his body, the hairs along his neck all bristling up like wild fire. Before he knew it, he too was lunging back at the man. Crimson stained his beautiful white muzzle, his face still wrinkled up in an ugly snarl- fangs coated in the same substance his muzzle was. Dead. This man was dead because of him. His throat ripped out, thrown to the side. But Hawthorne was harmed, not too bad really. His head hurt pretty bad, as well as his ribs- but the thing catching his attention the most was the fact every time he put weight on his front left leg it hurt. It hurt bad. "Alaska." he'd murmur unsure if she was ok, fear creeping into his voice as he nudged her side. "Get up." he'd plead, they needed to get as far away from here as they could, especially now. Being in the city with injury was never a good thing. _ _________ [ Notes ] __________ _ - - [ Count ]: 291 - - [ Puppet ]: Hawthorne - - [ Notes ]: Watchout! [/IMG] Alaska was suddenly transformed into her dream world, everything swirling about her. Her birth as a pup, the horrible flashback of Alaska screaming when he mother drowned into that river... And only by a small step off balance... Her memory drowned with her, the upset of her father and soon to be followed by uproaring anger, her brothers terrified faces all came into view. Her heartbeat faster and faster until she could feel the nudge of Hawthorne on her ribs. Her ribs! She jerked her eyes open and jumped up, only to come back down With a thud when she realized the pain she was suffering. Mild pain, not major but it hurt enough to startle her and shake her memory. All at once Alaska realized what had happened.
Alaska dreaded the moment where her beauty would be too much for the greedy humans could let slip through there hands- her heart sank when she saw the onlookers hurry to pull out their cell-phone machines. Great. They were totally in for it. "I'm here. Well, at least my body is present. I think I oft my brain over near that steak shop." she joked, pulling up all her strength as she stood next to her partner in crime. She smirked and looked up at his crimson-stained muzzle, her eyes filled with gratitude. "You are a worthy opponent, Hawthorne. Thanks." she chuckled, and gently licked the brute's cheek. "Now what do you say about a drive-through meal? I'm sure the dog catcher would just love to get his exercise today, don't you think?" her adrenalin pumped when the van pulled around the corner, she was ready to put on a show. After all, isnt that what the humans were here for? Entertainment.

Hawthorne breathed a sigh of relief as he watched her stir from her sleep- if you could even call it that. She seemed fine, because she showed no sign for injury. He pressed his weight into his left side, his teeth clenched tightly to choke back the cry wanting to escape. Damn it. "Well I couldn't just leave you there now could I?" His tone seemed somewhat bitter, nasty. He was too caught up in the worries of his own pain to care about her feelings. The malesat down lifting his paw some to inspect it. It wasn't broken- but..maybe sprained? He shook his head, getting up and pulling himself to a limping walk. "C'mon then doll. Follow me." He'd comment starting on his way to where his home used to be. He'd get them food, and a place to stay for the night. His humans were `sick' more like dead. They died awhile ago, and for the most part the home had been abandon. "We need to get a collar on that pretty little neck of yours. It'll save us a bit of trouble, don't you think?"He'd remark as they made it into the driveway. His duo-toned eyes turned back to her, ears flicking boredly. "We'll find food in here- honestly I'm not in the mood to be chased down by the humans today Alaska."_ _________ [ Notes ] __________ _ - - [ Count ]: 239 - - [ Puppet ]: Hawthorne - - [ Notes ]: he's grumpy XD - - [ Tagged ]: Alaska

[/IMG] Alaska pouted for a moment then realized the world was not centered around her today. She sighed and sat up, taking the lead. "Alright then, I'll take on one of those nasty collars, if you will come with me to the park." She narrowed her eyes, a sly plan bubbled in her brain, which had been returned to her..recently. Alaska made sure he wasn't onto her, slipped into a Groomer shop and returned with a momentarily-purple studded collar. In her mouth was a normal, brown leathery one which she planned to give to the unpleasant brute.
"You wanna survive, don't cha?" she tossed the collar at his paws. They needed to move on to the park before everyone left, time was precious.

Hawthorne snarled and kicked the collar away from him. "That thing is trash!" He sneered at it as though, it too had feelings. And hopefully he was hurting them. "I already have a collar on captain obvious." Oh, nasty nasty temper! You'll never win her over acting like this! Be a gentleman! Well, too late for that.. Hawthorne shook his head, fighting off his thoughts and trying to ignore the pain shooting through his left leg. "Fine. We can go to the park." His head lowered down, stalking down the streets. His muzzle was still caked with blood and the rusty smells were making him light headed. He was still pretty hungry after all. Once they got to the park he sat down looking over at her. "So now what?" He'd mutter, turning his attention back to his paw. He needed to keep weight off of it. With this in mind he lifted it up and in the air, sitting now only on three paws- the other was useless for now. _ _________ [ Notes ] __________ _ - - [ Count ]: 175 - - [ Puppet ]: Hawthorne - - [ Notes ]: ... i dont even know. someone needs a chill pill *coughhawthornecough* - - [ Tagged ]: Alaska

[/IMG] Alaska growled at his flaring temper, irritation could spread, ya know. Flattening her ears and lead them off to the butcher shop down a little further, which she ate at almost every day. The fur on the back of her neck started to sprout higher into the air as they padded through the crowds of hustle and bustle. Honestly, Alaska had no feelings what-so-ever for his attitude right now, she was a determined dog, a bomb ticking every second. Her first reaction was to walk right in and take as she pleased, but then again, she had two hungry mouths to feed.
Alaska's gently and quietly padded into the full shop, no one noticing the black and white pelt-she almost seemed to blend in. She made her way to the sale rack, stupid humans always left some kind of meat available for someone to steal. The menu today was baby-back ribs, marinated steak, or boneless wings. Actually, Alaska could go for some ribs, but she grasped onto the 2 closest ones, ribs and steak. She crawled back out of the shop and placed her prizes down in front of Hawthorne. "Happy?" was the only thing the female could mutter.
