HI I'M INK AND THIS IS ME:
Your typical longhair dachshund with flowing hair on her ears and a beautiful fan on her tail. Her markings are mottled black and silver with pale cream points. Her eyes are deep chocolate brown and often are so dark sometimes you can't see the emotion in them. She has a collar around her neck with a heart charm hanging on it. A real princess this one. She was a show dog, top of the line, pampered, prized, and now she has no one to look after her. Her constant spotlight has faded to nothing and she does whatever it takes to seek out that attention again, sometimes its not always good things, but what does she care? She just wants to be loved and have complete devotion. Ink has had to learn to be a dog again, something she is not familiar with and hasn't been familiar with since she was a young pup. It isn't easy for her either, being small and easy to forget about. She doesn't really like being reminded of her size, it makes her a tad annoyed, not angry, just annoyed. She isn't easily angered most of the time, but few things set her off. She is a charming young girl, with lots of spunk still in her and can be nice, easily makes friends, just a tad into herself. This constant need for love and attention weighs heavily on her ability to find love though, something she has always dreamed of(you know, like when you were 5 and wanted the perfect princess wedding). Her owner always told her; "Sorry hunny, it ain't easy finding love when you want all the attention!" And he was right.
Maladjusted She doesn't really feel she fits in with "dogs". She was so used to being around humans and being pampered that it makes her socially awkward at times.
Faithful Or at least she likes to think she is. She -really- tries anyway, even if most of the time it doesn't really turn out as planned. She is a coward and is not about to stand in the way of you if another dog is ready to bite your head off, faithfulness is a sketchy subject for her.
Hyper She lets her inner dog get the better of her sometimes and she just goes a mile a minute. Like most dachshunds she could keep up with a terrier just as easy as lay around all day like a lap dog. It isn't often that she lets this get to her, but she has her puppy moments just like most dogs.
Likable She is likable, even if that is hard to believe. She can relate easily to others and it makes for easy conversation, but if it gets to a certain point, her social awkwardness starts to show and everyone either pities her or just leaves it at awkward moment and moves on.
Particular She is very OCD about things being out of place. Her collar, her fur, her bed. She is just weird about it and it used to drive some humans and other dogs up the wall. It isn't just her stuff that she likes in place, its everyone's and this makes for some irritated pooches.
Friendly Once you get past her snide remarks and drama about the spotlight(although the spotlight is never actually mentioned, you can just tell), she is a pretty nice dog. She likes to make friends when she can and be apart of things. Its hard to ignore someone that is forcing her self upon you in a manner of overly friendliness.
YOUR NAME Shelby is my name, but most people call me Lili or Ink. Any of those is fine.
