Nemesis' paws lightly kicked up small dust clouds as he headed up the mountains. His ice blue eyes were locked a head. The weather was still fairly nice out. Spring would be fading soon, giving way to fall. The colder weather wasn't that far off.
His ivory and ebony mixed pelt gleamed in the warm sunlight. Rays broke through thick branches of trees, creating little slithers of light on the ground.
His shoulders and pelvis rolled easily with each step, his pads leaving perfect impressions behind in the dirt. His tail waved behind him like a banner. His lower jaw dropped, salmon pink tongue lolling out and resting over his bottom two canines as he panted ever so slightly.
The air smelled crisp and earthy. The small forest leading up the mountain range wasn't that dense, but you could still get lost in it if you didn't know your way around. Once he reached the top, there was a large clearing where he tucked his hindquarters into a sitting position and let his forelegs keep his upper body erect. The view here was breathtaking. He could see over the entire area and surrounding vicinity. He sighed. He was still hoping to find that special someone, but it didn't look like that now.
his pack was still a bit small. He lowered the front half of his body down so his belly pressed against the soft grass. He let his head rest between his paws, ears alert

x. Her toes snapped down to earth and back up with exaggerated agility and ease, long legs sauntering up the winding and overly large hill. Just the small turns were enough to make her head spin with a most distressed feeling. Spring certainly was not her season, nor were any of the warm ones for that matter. The rising heat caused sweat to stick upon her bodice like a light dew, extremely uncomfortable and sticky. Though during these seemingly unbearable months, her feminine curves were more noticeable-- giving her a very appealing exterior, indeed. And the young Siberian Husky was in fact statuesque. Her pure and dominant line of Siberian Husky was ancient, and ran thickly with royalty. Though she was declined the opportunity to run amongst wolves, due to her Candide ancestry, she paraded her beauty and beautiful complexure towards other dogs as if she truly was something to worship. And in ways, the vixen was.
xx. Ice blue orbs were cast up to the sky as she dare curse the gods above. It truly felt as if they were mocking her with this light breeze and the blazing sun. What was a gal like her to do until winter months? She was simply vulnerable when it came to simple things like summer, and spring. Though in winter she was a born killer, instincts taking charge as though she truly were one of the wolves. Her mother had been a Siberian Husky, as her father had, but no matter how closely they resembled the wolves it had never been in there interests to hunt with the pack-- as it had been Florence's. She wanted to walk like they did, talk like they did. But never would they give her so much as a second glance. To them, she wasn't the spitting image of perfection. She was merely a useless dog. She didn't have the beautiful vocal cords the females did, and her howl came out mangled and deafening. Her hunting instincts were not as strong as the males, and she would be stuck to a life of trailing along if she had made it into their pack. But they happily dismissed that thought from her head, and never once acknowledged her being again.
xxx. One more corner and she'd be home-free at the mountain's peek. Already she could hear birds chirping, and her own ears twitched back and forth, irritated from the uncomfortable altitude. One step, two step, and tur-. She froze in mid-air, front paw lifted from the ground. Stranger. Male. Large. Her eyes narrowed as she took in the sight of him. He was, as far as she knew, unaware of her presence-- though she was quite known with his. The air stank of his scent heavily, and she cursed herself silently for not catching on sooner. How was she to make herself a wolf when she couldn't even be on guard at the simplest of times? Her claws dug into the earth, eyes alert and predatory. She wouldn't bare her teeth just yet, no, this might frighten a seemingly innocent dog. And for now, he was innocent until proven otherwise. Her ears perked once more, as her neck craned forward to get a better view. I suppose from this view he is a bit handsome, more or less. A gripping sensation pulled at the sides of her stomach, signaling its emptiness. Gracefully, but tensely, she approached the male-- adding a bit of umph in her swagger and the swaying of the hips. '' A king, napping on dirt? Surely I must be in the wrong pack-lands. The commoners told me the leader was a respectable man. ''

Nemesis looked up and studied the female. He slowly pulled himself up into his full height so she could see him entirely. His handsome coat was slightly dirt muddled but he shook himself, sending some dirt flying.
his cool blue eyes regarded the female.
"Where I choose to sleep has nothing to do with being respectable. I sleep where I want to. If this is a problem for you I suggest high tailing it out of here" he said coldly.
Nemesis tucked his hindquarters into a sitting position, forelegs keeping his upper body erect. Both of his ears were pinned back, showing irritation. he didn't like anyone coming into his lands telling him in a non direct way where he should and shouldn't sleep. He made his own rules.
"What are you looking for, female?" he asked bluntly. "Are you looking for a place to stay? if so, rules apply. I am Nemesis, owner of this pack and these lands." He said.
His tail flicked behind him and curled around his pack legs. His blue eyes caught the sunlight as he regarded the female before him. She was a nice looking thing, but she needed to start curbing her manners around him. He didn't tolerate anyone telling him what to do, let alone his own pack.
"You can stay here if you wish . If you do, you need to adhere to the rules if you accept them" He said and waited
