The dark wolf padded through the streets. Ugh. Ugh. UGH. Why the fuck did these dogs have to live in the city? UGH. Didn't they know how amazing it was to run around in dirt and grass and not grime and concrete.
Kazimir hated this place. Hated it, hated it, hated it! The black male shook his head. It was his ambitions leading him here, on this mission. It was all for power.
A foul stench stopped him dead in his tracks. 'Must be the place.' The Voice hissed in his mind, causing his ear to twitch. Kazimir tipped his muzzle to the sky, letting out a low, keening howl. He hoped someone would show up who was intelligent enough to answer his questions, and then he'd be on his way.
However, if someone decided to start trouble, then he'd fight, and he'd kill and maim every one of these sorry excuses for life that dared cross his path! Hell, how he hated dogs.

Bullet threw up his head and howled "Your on my territory." He saw he dog and sensed he was mad at something. At the world. He barked saying "Back off now!" He jumped on a box and said "Don't walk any further, Mutt. I warned you but you didn't care." His ears were pointed forward and his fangs hung out of his mouth.
He loved being mean and showing other dogs who is boss but this dog couldn't care less. Bullet wouldn't be afraid to attack him at all but if he was with another pack then boy would he have to kill him. This dog was being stupid and seemed to not care about this place. Bullet smiled. A dogs displeasure is my pleasure. He chuckled and jumped in front of the dog.
He was boiling over the top and anger built up in him. Why is this mutt not listening??!! He snarled one more time and barked again "I'm going to attack any moment!" This dog might want to leave or say something that he wants to be delivered.Bullet meant business and he was in deep caution.

Aw, hell. Didn't this mutt know the difference between a dog and a wolf? Kazimir kept his eyes fixed on the dog before him. He was extremely tempted to launch himself at the dog and tear him to shreds, but he restrained himself. He forced his fur to lie flat as he stared calmly ahead, his eyes never leaving the other.
"If you were truly going to attack, then you would rather not warn me. Once you do, you give up the element of surprise, and you have an uphill battle on your hands, even from your high post." Kazimir's dark amber eyes looked bored, and his voice was calm and cool, the deep undertones flowing smoothly from his maw.
He didn't move a step, just continued to watch the dog. "If you are finished with your big words and empty threats, I would like some information regarding your.. group." He would NOT, under ANY circumstances, call a group of dogs a pack. It was an insult to every single wolf that walked the planet. Kazimir kept his gaze pinned on the dog, his expression blank, as he waited to see what would happen.

Bullet laughed at the disrespect of this dog and snarled. "I'm warning you to leave or else experience hell. I warned you, weakling, so you knew but you have a crappy attitude. Anyways I don't care about you, the message! Tell me it, weakling." He snapped in a vicious bark and crept up to the front of the dog.
He looked the dog up and down. Ha, it's dumb wolf! He laughed and attempted to push the dog with his shoulder a bit. A pack member it seemed. Stupid mutt crossed territory and if he threatened Bullet anymore he was going to get badly hurt.
He was going to hurt this dog with or without warning if he disrespected him one more time. Pack leaders deserve more then what stupid wolves do. They don't even belong in the city! They should scram and leave the big dogs to their business.

Paranoid followed like a faithful shadow, doing his guarding duties for the sake of appearances. It wouldn't do any good to let the other pack members know he was an official spy for the pack, gossip had a way of traveling beyond any borders. Although, as of late he'd done little spying in the city. It hadn't even occurred to him to look at the very edges, in the more wild lands.
Spotting danger, he almost freaked out. A wolf. On their territory, with Bullet striding right up to it! His coyote side instinctively knew this was a lethal killer of his own kind, not to be crossed at all. Maybe he could defuse the situation though. The wolf hadn't attacked yet, and... well, as the official spy of the pack, it occurred to him he might trade information for information. As long as he didn't let on how afraid he was, of course.
"S-sir," Great, he was stuttering. Well, he was scared of Bullet too, and didn't trust the dog-- just like he didn't trust anyone-- not to turn on him in anger for daring to offer a suggestion. "I don't think it would do any harm to give basic information on our group. Especially if it's worth something to this individual. Or if they want to join."

{run if you intend to survive} Power coursing through the wolf as he launched forward, teeth sinking into the dog's throat. Blood spilling onto the soiled ground. Life ebbing away, slowly, oh so slowly. Eyes growing dark, never to light again. A howl, a warning to all who dared cross this demon's path. Death. Death to each and every rotten mutt.'Each and every one...' The Voice was at it again, painting pretty pictures of death and blood in Kazimir's mind. As the images of killing the dog faded, his eyes refocused, and he allowed a small growl to enter his voice. "I am only being respectful and diplomatic; it is you, dog, who is showing off a crappy attitude. If you care to notice, I am not displaying any dominance over you, merely maintaining a calm, neutral position. You, however, are being over-dominant, making an excessive display while rudely threatening a visitor." Kazimir could be a diplomatic, when he wanted to be. Every word was calm and crisp, carefully chosen for their meaning and power. His thoughts were not unfounded, and he did not let his opinions mar his facts. "I mean you and your followers no harm, but if you truly want a fight, then a fight you shall get." Though his words should have been paired with anger and a show of superiority, the black wolf maintained his calm, relaxed appearance. As the mutt pushed him, Kazimir shifted his weight to maintain his balance, but didn't make a move against the other. It would take more than that to provoke him into a fight, and he would not be seen as the bad guy here. As the other dog appeared, trying to make peace with the aggressive male, Kazimir kept his eyes fixed on Bullet. "Listen to him. I only want to know a few details. I have.. friends who might be interested in joining you." It was a lie, yes, but no one would know it unless they knew him well, and no creature alive knew him that well. He allowed a ghost of a smile to rest upon his lips, his amber eyes dark and emotionless. "I only want this information for the sake of these friends, as they are incapable of retrieving it themselves." His words were genuine, though completely false. 'A wolf's word is only as trustworthy as the wolf who speaks it.' The words of his old mentor came floating back to him, and he blinked, slowly. Oh, how true those words were. ...~~... "I speak"'I think''The Voice'...~~...

Since when was this dog becoming nicer!?!?!? "I do show dominance because I am alpha! And you are not a visitor you are a trespasser and you are on my land." He rolled his eyes and trotted back to the boxes. He sat down and looked at the dog again waiting for the message.
When he was talking about recruiting he said "Filthy wild wolves in my pack!?! I guess they would make good warriors but they will have a hard time gaining my respect and trust. Leave now! Send your friends over and we''ll talk." He said wanting the wolf to leave and carry on.
He did like wolves but he didn't like trespassers on his land and think they can just send a message without Bullet knowing they are coming. He rolled his eyes and threw hid head back for a howl. The deep, echoing howl that went from the territories and on to others. Just to send a message that they are there and are dominant.

Paranoid didn't like the eyes of the black wolf, suspecting the worst. Well, of course, Paranoid always suspected the worst. He hadn't been named Paranoid by his mother because of his cheerful attitude. He'd pretty much always had been this way, even when they'd been living the soft and easy life begging on the subway. Even before he could speak, his mother had known there was something wrong with him, as he'd acted fearful towards her licks. The name had begun as a joke. Maybe it was his coyote blood, mixing with him wrong, she'd thought.
Oh, if only she knew how true it had become. The natural fear of man, ever surrounding them, had turned into fear of his surroundings when he could find no reason to fear men, men who provided his supper. Fear of his surroundings, fear of the familiar, the mundane. And fear, as almost all shared, of the unknown. His fear became fear of everything.
Paranoid.
Aiming to impress the wolf, and not be swayed by any agreement with him which surely must have had some devious purpose, he spoke. Though if Paranoid thought it out logically, the wolf had said to listen to he himself, and the only way it could be devious therefore is if Paranoid was suggesting something idiotic before. Paranoid was completely willing to believe, somehow, that his suggestion could do no harm was now in fact completely and utterly false. It was what the enemy wanted. Thus, giving information was the last thing he wanted to do, but caught in his own trappings of Paranoia, it was the only thing he could think of to do to get rid of the stranger without any possible conflict. Frighten them. Frighten them with those same facts they desired so much.
"We are a very large pack, full of infected." Neutral. Safe. No weakness there. "And as you can see, the leader has no love of wolves. That is all the information you need." Warning. Warning to leave, leave, leave.
His inner coyote was screaming. A little boy crying wolf, wolf, wolf, the story of his life. And now it was here, before him. Ready to devour all the sheep if they let him. But he'd cried wolf so many times, shown himself to be overly cautious always, and Paranoid doubted anyone would ever believe him of the danger. His mother hadn't.
He'd be dreaming of wolves tonight, if he dreamed at all, devouring him in his sleep. And maybe some night, he'd find it wasn't a dream, but reality, gnashing on his bones. And maybe with his fears found, and confronted, he could live in peace at last. Even if it was in pieces, rotting into dust, eyes blank and unstaring. A day he could truly rest, ironically, would be the one in which the worst finally happened. And Paranoid wasn't likely to live through that, he knew. That was why he'd surrounded himself with a pack. They could provide some meager protection. But Paranoid couldn't help but suspect they'd be his downfall. Maybe all his precautions would end up being his undoing. He was paranoid enough to suspect that as much as anything else.

Kazimir's dark amber eyes stared at the pair, the cocky, over-arrogant fool, and the tense, submissive mutt. He listened, bored, to cocky dog's words, wanting nothing more than to rip out his throat and strew his guts across his territory.
The other mutt spoke, and Kazimir tilted his head slightly to look at him. His stance was still one of bored calm. A large group. With a leader sure to get them into a hell of trouble with his short temper.
He nodded slightly to the submissive mutt. "Thank you." He turned to the other. "Now, if you would excuse me, I believe I will make my leave." He turned and walked away, fully turning his back on the pair. He kept alert, though, as he sauntered away, waiting for a cowardly attack from the mutt.
