As cerberus walked threw the forest he knew he was far from his territory and far from his mate. As he walked threw the terrain he knew he needed to have members join but he didnt want dogs unless they threw away the humanity to live with wolves but that was harder said than done. As he continue to walk he lowered his head down and caught the scent of a rabbit as he moved on he could see it in a clearing.
As he stalked forward he broke out into a full sprint lips back to reveal those death dealers in his mouth the rabbit tried to sprint but caught his jaws as they clamped down shut he felt bones break, but still felt the kicking of the rabbit,he shook his head vicously breaking just about everything in its body. As the rabbit went limp his his jaws he walked into some under brush giving him cover so he could enjoy his kill. As he tore into his kill his ear twitched to the faint sound of a twig." If you want live you best step into to view or you shall pay a price for trying to sneak up on me....". His voice was harsh towards who ever snapped the twig and he was ready blending perfectly with darkness he could see what ever it was but they wouldnt see him.

The brown paws of a large male Beauceron padded through the undergrowth of the forest. He was far from his normal territory but he didn't care and took little effort to make sure he was quiet as he walked. There wasn't many dogs that were his equal when it came to a fight and he wasn't worried about wolves either. He was a bit bigger than a normal sized wolf and had the fighting and killing skills to go with his brute strength and size. As he continued through the brush, a scent drifted towards his nose and he pushed through a bit of underbrush to see the hind end of a mutt disappearing into a bushy covering.
A soft snort escaped the Beauceron's muzzle as he stepped through the brush, snapping twigs as he went. When he was only a couple of feet away from the covering the mutt had disappeared into, a stern voice reached his pricked ears and he let a low, devilish chuckle rumble up out of his chest as he stepped through the bushes to where the other canine was.
"If I was sneaking up on you, you wouldn't have heard me coming." he replied with a smirk on his face as he stood a few feet away from the other dog, his golden brown eyes watched the other mutt but Roscoe's posture remained relaxed, not looking to start a fight. At least not at the moment.

As cerberus listened to the foot steps they sounded as if they were comeing closer as he heard the chuckle a form came threw the open of the bushes. This dog had balls i'll give him that but as for brains probably now since he couldnt see a wolf in front of him, Of course cerberus would look small laying down as he started to stand up he could tell he was some inches taller and maybe 2 or three inches bulkier but this dog was also big.
" So mutt what brings you all the way to the wilderness where the big bad wolves live. You know you should probably be somewhere with your human". As he eyed the stray he had half a mind to kill him but maybe he would be of use as he lowered his head he snatched the rabbit back up and slung behind him. As cerberus eyed tge dog he could see scars meaning he must have been a fight maybe a bait dog cause of all the scars but who cares a dog is a dog.
As he lowered his head down he let a low growl escape from his lungs," So what gave you the right to come threw the bushes as if this was yours pup. You must not have had a good enough teacher never provoke a wolf for anything". As he contiued to eyed the dog he began to growl louder, he knew the dog didnt want to fight cause if he did he would have strucm already but there was no way to be sure his body posture towards another male plus he was older meaning alittle slower.

Now Roscoe knew that he shouldn't push the buttons of this already slightly irritated wolf but he just couldn't resist. One of his fatal flaws you could say. A sly smirk spread across the Beauceron's face and he shifted his weight a bit before he tilted his head a bit and looked the wolf over as he lowered himself to the ground a bit and a clear growl rumbled up in the canine's chest. Roscoe remained relaxed, still not looking for a fight, especially with a mutt wolf. Instead he set to answer the question the wolf asked him.
"Well. You gave me the right to come through the bushes when you told me to step into view. But I'm afraid I wasn't after your scrawny little rabbit snack." he replied, a matter of fact tone to his voice and his sly smirk gone and instead replaced by a a simple small smile that had a sense of innocence to it even though Roscoe was far from being innocent. Roscoe watched the wolf carefully, wondering if his words would anger the wolf more or have a different effect. He knew that if he angered the wolf more then a fight could break out and that would be a shame. But Roscoe would be okay. Maybe he would eventually learn to hold his tongue and keep his sarcastic mouth shut.

Genocide had trailed her mate, tracking him out of boredom to see what he was doing. Yes, the female wolf not at all above spying for kicks. Everything had been so dull lately. She had done her best to keep out of sight using the hills and bush, and once that had been accomplished, not being heard had been easy. She'd sneaked in just close enough to see him kill the rabbit from a distance, and paused when she also saw a large dog. They looked clam enough, but potential danger was danger and she wasn't about to lose two mates in a row with nothing gained. Cerberus had always struck her as a little... reckless. Or perhaps she was just projecting her old mate on to him. But still. Cerberus was young. That dog seemed perhaps older, though the wind wasn't in her favor and she was no expert on dog appearance. Older meant, perhaps, wiser and more experienced in a fight. And in picking fights. Yes, she'd better rescue him before things got too heated. They couldn't afford senseless injuries just yet.
Moving in quietly while they were distracted with each other, she listened to them banter with amusement, even as she entered into view like a drifting, white ghost. "He's got you there, Cerberus." she laughed, tail flicking. Then she tilted her head. "You forget yourself love, these aren't our lands either. Although, I must wonder myself, what is this hound after?" Genocide eyed them. "And if you regard that rabbit as scrawny... does that mean you hunt bigger game?" A part of her curiosity was stirred. A dog, hunting deer, puma, beaver or pronghorn by themselves, without a human to shoot it for them...? Impossible.
And if they did claim such a nonsensical thing, well, she'd just have to test them by inviting them to a group hunt. If there was one thing right about this, that rabbit was pathetic, though not bad for a snack. She and Cerberus could get much better together.

Koda said I was allowed to rp with y'all. ;3 ))
DUSTY [/color]
The young GSD x husky mix padded pointlessly along her trail once again. But this time, she smelled other dogs. She cocked her head. Dogs? In this part of the town? Not likely. A spark of curiosity played with her mind, and dragged her into following the scent. As she got closer, she could now make out the genders and how many there were. The strong scent of male led her to conclude there was more then one male. The tiniest scent of female, Dusty knew she had trouble. She got along better with male truthfully, but females.... They were a problem. She wasn't the normal female, but she wasnt different either. Her long silky fur dangled at her waist and her feathery tail and fur that came off the side if her leg sparkled in the sun light.
As she walked out if the brush, her worst fear came true. They were wolves. Except for one, which as about 4 or 4 inches higher than her. But she could still measure in strength. She pinned her ears, hoping that she wasnt intruding at the wrong time.

As he stood there a smile crossed his face it was his lovely mate. As he eyed the male he looked over," Well dear your right but that wont stop me from finding something to make you happy". As he looked his head over at the rabbit he knew it wasnt big but it was for her thats all that counted. As he looked at the dog again his eyes caught hold of the bushes that he began to growl ," step out quit hideing from the world and come so everyone can see you".
As he looked over at genocide he smiled and look back at the dog he thought might be a addition with whatever small dog might be there. As he watched the dog he held his head high and walked past going straight towards his mate as he approched her he rubned against her and turned back towards the dog and the bushes as he looked the dog over he had a couple of scars and looked as if he could fight but he was old.

(I guess Roscoe is no longer part of the site?)
Genocide snorted at the appearance of a pretty little dog. Well, truthfully not that little, not like a chihuahua or anything, but she'd gotten used to thinking of dogs in a derogatory manner. However, as she wasn't on her own turf she was rather more neutral in attitude today.
"As my mate said, don't hide. We're not going to bite. Today, that is." she laughed, a slightly cruel laugh, but a laugh nonetheless and meant in good enough humor. This was about as pleasant as Genocide got, or about as good as her jokes got as well.
Now might be a good time to laugh politely with them... regardless of if they weren't really funny at all. Which, honestly, they weren't. But still, at least for once, a dog was not intruding in Genocide's opinion. Might make the little party more fun, not being at each other's throats for once. Then again, what could a dog really have to offer?
