MARGARITAVILLE some people claim that there's a woman to blame, This place was much different than the land that I came from. I came from the hot, dry outback of Australia. Even though it was different than this place and probably much more harsh, I loved it there. I missed it a bunch too. But there wasn't a thing in the world I could do to get it back. I was trapped here on this continent... North America? Thousands of kilometers were between my homeland and me. I wished desperately to be back there with my pack. In the heart of the outback where we lived and thrived somehow. They would be missing me right about now, finally realizing that I hadn't been there for awhile. They would search for me and find nothing. For little did they know, I had taken a long cruise across the Atlantic Ocean to the land called the United States of America.
I was on the beach that cool day in fall. A nice breeze blew through my fur, fluffying it up and chilling my bones. I was well aware that being on the beach meant I was going to be colder, but I didn't care. The waves crashing against the shore seemed to calm me. Probably why I had ended up here in the first place. That and hunger. I was so hungry. I had been hungry for most of my life, and I was growing thin. It had been a while since I had eaten and I hadn't really stopped moving since my arrival in the country. I needed food... And sleep. And if a mate so happened to come along, I wouldn't complain. I was getting lonely, but this city and beach seemed to be deserted. I had yet to figure out why a human was not running around, playing with her pups, but as I slowly walked -or more like staggered- down the beach, I could find no complaints in not seeing a human.
Sighing loudly, I sat down and raised my hind leg, scratching my neck for a couple seconds. After the itch had subsided, I stretched myself out on the ground, my nose stretched to the water as I watched the waves roll up onto the shore and then retreat back into the ocean, longing to be back home. The smells of my home were so much more deliteful than those of this new land. I rolled over on my side and stretched my legs out, closing my eyes as my ears flicked around, keeping my ears open for any signs of life around me. Nothing. Wait! No... The flutter of a bird was the only thing I heard before the crash of the ocean was the only thing that filled my ears. I snorted and started to drift into a light sleep right there in the open, not caring if anything saw me. I was, in fact, a wild dog. I felt as though I could handle myself. Especially in a land so... deserted.

As cerberus walked he knew he was far from the woods a new place to him. He looked around there was no trees just sand not the nice firm dirt he had for attacking and hunting just loose ground. He didnt like this area at all but he was in search for new members that would help him in the packlands. As he walked around the wind brought a light unkwon scent. He never smelled this scent before. As he walked along the beach there was a shape in the distance small guessing it was closer to tghe dog type instead of like a feral wolf type but who cared it didnt smell like a dog. As he made it closer towards the laying down dog it was female and this was good he could possible persuade her in. As he stood across from her he could see she was thin and needed food. As he looked at her with his blue eyes he talked to her in a smooth tone not to startle her" Excuse me miss what drew a pretty lady like you doing in a weird place like this. Maybe we should get you somewhere nicer than this". As he circled around her he sat a couple of feet across from her and laid his head down watching her. Attachments:

MARGARITAVILLE some people claim that there's a woman to blame, As I drifted in and out of sleep, a scent filled my nostrils. I laid awake for a moment, but I was too tired to process that there truly was another canine near. And so I fell asleep again. My sleep was troubled, though, and I could subconciously feel the sand shifting underneath my body as I moved both inside and out of my dream. But suddenly, I was awake again. My eyes snapped open to see the shape of another canine before me. He spoke, and my ears lifted to catch the words flowing from his maw. I smiled and rolled over on my back, my front legs relaxing over my chest as I looked over at him. "'ey mate. I don't think this place is too bad, really. It reminds me of home. Aye... Home..." Australian accented words drifted away from me before a chuckle escaped my maw as I rolled over onto my feet.
I staggered over to the new canine and collapsed next to him, rolling over on my side again, my back to him, and tilting my head back to look at him. "Got a name, mate? Mine's Margaritaville."

As he laid there he watched the female talk in a weird accent. He knew she wasnt from her and she said australian type of animal. That ment she was a dingo cerberus heard about them. But had never seen one like the orange wolf he had met. But she could be a new addition to the pack. As he looked at her walk towards him and then lay on the ground beside him. As he watched her roll on the ground she stopped for a few seconds only to say fella do you got a name after she had said hers." Well I do my name is cerberus alpha of the northern ridge pack".
He knew that she was alone cause she didnt smell like she had belonged to someone. As he got up he shook his fur throwing sand of him. As he walked around her he watched her and spoke in a kind voice" But since you know of my pack where is your pack and if you dont have one would you consider joining mine. But we must get you something to eat my dear you are really thin". He looked in every direction and a sickly dear came staggering out the woods. This was to easy as he walked away from the girl he bolted straight for the deer as he ran he could feel the sand sort of slowing him but who cared as he closed the distance he lunged at it grasping its throat in his jaws.
As he crunched down he felt the movement to start to cease. As he grabbed it by the head he dragged it down towards her. As he finally made it near her he bit into the deers back and placed it between them. As he did that a memory of him and genocide hit with they had killed together for the first time. As he looked at her he lowered his head and began to tear pieces out of it.

MARGARITAVILLE some people claim that there's a woman to blame, He was weird. Or at least to me. But all American dogs that I had met were just plain different. Of course, that was probably because they were brought up and raised differently than I. Oh how I longed to be back home in the outback were I could run with my pack, chasing whatever animals we wanted to. Here I was alone and hungry. The forest limited my sight, and I hated it within the trees. But this land seemed to be made up almost entirely of forests. The damn things. So filled with trees, leaves, and underbrush that messed up my pelt and made it so hard to run and stretch my legs. I had learned to live with it, though, finding comfort in the long stretches of beach that I liked to travel on, often running for a long time just to get my energy out.
I flicked my ears toward him again when he spoke, rolling over onto my stomach to watch him. "Alpha you say?" I chuckled, letting my tongue roll out of my mouth in an easy pant. I watched him closely as he walked around me, almost waiting for him to attack me. "I have no pack, mate. Had one back home, but I got stuck on a ship. As for joining your pack... I have been feeling kinda lonely lately. Perhaps joining you wouldn't be such a bad idea..." I watched as he darted off after a deer, quickly killing it. He brought it back over to me and I sniffed at it curiously. "I've never eaten one of them before... Is it good?" I examined him as he tore into the meat and before he could answer me, I too sank my teeth into the dead animal, enjoying the largest meal I had had in a long time. "Thank you..." I said between bites, my growling stomach filling up with every bite I took.

As he listened to her he threw his head back swallowing pieces of meat. As he prepared to answer her question she had lunged her head into the deer. Maybe she could be of more value as he listened to her she said joining his pack would be good. As he let her finish he spoke his part," Well im guessing you was the domiant predator where you was but here my kind is the dominant predator. We are wolves you may have heard of us or not but you will be a good addition to the pack".
As he stood up he looked down towards the dog eating, she must have never eating things like this before. But hunger does have its way doesnt it. As he stretched his body out he walked back towards the dead doe and the female." But how do you like the deer but there is more interesting things to eat. So whats it that you might have eaten where you are from". As he sat down he lowered his head to like his arms as his head raised back to a more dominant posistion he licked his jaws clean and watched as the female ate.

MARGARITAVILLE some people claim that there's a woman to blame, I dug into the meat, not even bothering to show the male respect. I needed this food more than he did right now. He probably got a good meal every day or at least every other day. I had yet to figure out how to hunt in these lands. The little food I had eaten was scavenged and there wasn't a lot of it. But this... it was like I was in my homeland again, eating well with my family. My eyes were closed, and as I started to fill up, I slowly opened them, swallowing my last bite of deer. Looking up, I saw the male and my ears flicked up to catch the words drifting from his maw. "Aye, mate. Dingoes are very dominant in Australia. Not many predators live there." I tilted my head slightly in question, eyes scanning over him. "What do you mean, a good addition? I'm hardly useful in this land."
I snorted and licked my maw, trying to clean it of the blood from my most recent meal. I shook my head gently, shaking the sand off my ears and looked up at the male once more, raising my head slightly into an unsure position, almost challenging him for dominance as I was unsure of how to act here. Back home, I was fairly dominant and not afraid to challenge the rival packs. I was unsure of the strength of this 'wolf' breed he spoke of. "We eat kangaroos... possoms, wallaroos, hares... Anything we find really..."

As he listened to her describe the things she had eaten they sounded weired but they where completeing different animals. As he sat in his dominant posistion he saw her trying to challenge his authority but was worried about it. Cerberus knew wolves were the stronger dominant species deadly together but silent killers as one. As he watched her he noticed she had more energy after the kill guessing she hadnt eatin alot. As he stood up and streched his massive body out he slowly began to circle her. Now he had to get her fit for the woods. Knowing she could be fast but could her type of breed fight was the question and there was only one way to find out. As he continued to circle her, he eyed her in a challangeing way" Well my dear in your pack what was rank. Because I would like to give you something fitting to it or higher. But you must excuse me for what im about to do my lady". As his last words escaped from his jaws he dived right into her head butting her and snapping right at her sides hopeing to nip her but not really draw any blood just to see what she would do. As he jumped back he had his head lowered teeth bared snarling towards her this will be her true test to see what she is worth lunging at her one more time. Attachments:

MARGARITAVILLE some people claim that there's a woman to blame, I listened to the male as he spoke to me. He seemed to be a kind soul. He had, in fact, fed me, but I wouldn't be able to tell the true personality of the wolf until I had been around him longer. I needed to speak with him more and learn his true persona behind those eyes. I watched him closely, examining his every move as he stood and stretched his massive body. His size was intimidating compared to mine, but I was unmoved by his great size and seeming of dominance. In truth, Cerberus didn't scare me. His voice reached my ears, and I focused my gaze on his face and watched him circle me. His words surprised me. In my pack, we were never so... welcoming. Any intruders in our territory were killed, any dingoes outside of the pack were destroyed. Our pack was our family and we built upon it to become stronger so that we could dominate the other packs.
Suddenly, the wolf's head hit me hard in the neck and I felt teeth scrape my side. I immediately jumped to my feet, teeth bared as I tensed, preparing for a fight. The fur on the back of my head and along my spine stood up straight and I growled as if to say "come at me, bro!". I was ready to take on this male, even if it meant my own life would be lost. At least I wouldn't go down without a fight. I growled again and lunged at him, claws extended and teeth snapping. I didn't care where I hit him, I just wanted it to hurt. No one messed with me without getting at least a scar from it.
