I had to reload it to even get the picture as there were no links on it. I did put credit in the bio to the photographer though at the bottom. Is that still stealing? Out of curiosity. ._. *now worried*

That picture still isn't stock. Just because it's from Flickr, doesn't mean that it's stock. You need to search under the CC license. I'll just find some pictures.
