Welcome to Hobart: The Solution
Usually adverts have their whole history and plot-line laid out before you and, admittedly I tried that at first. Then I realized I didn't want to give away all the good stuff right off the cuff, so I'm going to make you wait, however I will take a moment to describe the atmosphere as best I can, and maybe offer a few plot-nuggets to tease you with.
First off, we welcome any level of writer on the site, however we do strongly encourage growth as far as roleplaying goes. It doesn't have to be Mark Twain quality story writing, but at least make an effort to seem like you speak the English language (side note: if English is your second language, don't worry about it-- we understand. :3 ) We require at least a two paragraph response from each person. None of this "She walks in. She says Hi. She sits down." stuff. Do you talk like that in real life? I highly doubt it, unless you're a cave man or something, in which case kudos to you for learning how to use the internet so quickly!
Other rules include a prohibition of pornographic materials; you must play nice with the other children, and; please, for the love of all things purple (best colour ever, by the way), do not spam us with your "Zomg I am 4 rlz totally awesomez!" (please see the above statement on understanding the Enlgish language: last time I checked, chat speak did not fall under that category). Please see the rules thread for a more detailed explanation.
But enough about that, now for the good stuff!
The Solution is effectively a fantasy RPG. You can create your own characters and even species, if you so choose, or create a character from a species already established (alien, shapeshifter, werewolf, vampire, human, etc.). The plot revolves around one main theme, that being an evil organization of scientists bent on using 'Paranormals' (anyone but humans) as their guinea pigs and, naturally, the paranormals rebel. It is set in beautiful Hobart, Tasmania.
That is all you're going to get for now. Come in and have a look for yourself :3 hope to see you there!
