Bullet and Lacey had parted at the moment because Bullet had to hunt. He howled a message to her to meet her here at the Beach. He had 2 white roses lined up and a heart out of sand he made with his claw. He sat by the heart and waited for her. He wanted to surprise her with the gifts and food he got her which was a deer which tasted like chiken. He chuckled and sat up straight with his ears pricked high. That was his charming pose.

Lacey walked over to the entrance of the beach, she suddenly noticed a black figure in the distance. "Bullet!" She galloped joyfully to him, her tongue lolling out of her open muzzle. She skidded to a stop as she decided on a good stopping point, she shook off her dusty pelt. She looked up, the sun was starting to set, the sky was turning into a mixture of pink and orange. 'Beautiful.' She thought to herself. Looking back down, she noticed the large, tender-looking deer in front of Bullet. Then she saw the sand-drawn heart next to it, along with the two white roses. Her heart skipped a beat as she looked back up at Bullet, sitting tall and proud above the gifts. He looked as handsome as ever, his smooth, shiny, jet black fur. His crisp yet soft laugh filled her ears, she loved that sound, as long as her mate was happy, she was happy. Lacey was speechless, she ran up to him and licked him furiously, though she didn't have anything to say that would fit how grateful she was, her tongue had no trouble expressive her endless love for him. She rubbed her head under his chin, with her paw right next to his, she felt she couldn't get any happier than she was at the moment.

Bullet had been so happy she loved it. He nudged his cheek on her cheek as she sat in front of him nudging him back. He loved it when she was happy because all he wanted to do was please his mate. "I love you so much." He said cuddling next to her with her paws on his. He licked the top of her head and rested his chin there. "Want to go for a swim?" He said raising an eyebrow and winking at her. He watched as she looked at all her gifts and she had a big smile on her face. It was the happiest moment of his life to know hat he made his mate happy and loved.

Lacey moved closer to Bullet, "Pshh, but I love you more." She felt his warm head upon her hers and licked his neck again, her tail, as always when she was with Bullet, wagged madly. Her rich chocolate brown eyes sparkled as he mentioned swimming. Swimming was her absolute most favorite thing to do, aside from being beside her mate. But swimming, and Bullet mixed together would be amazingly spectacular! "Well what are we waiting for?!?" She spun in a few circles and bolted for the ocean. Her body slapped against the fresh, and surprisingly warm water. She swum in circles and returned to the shore, she nudged Bullet urgingly and quickly licked him to get him into the water, then returned to the water. A bit of the saltwater got into her nose, but she sneezed and kept going.

Bullet laughed at how eager she was. He sprinted into the water with her and he swam with her. What a great time he was having. He licked her and he swam deeper. He went under water then came up, creating a splash. He swam deeper past wooden things in the water. The water got stronger and went against him. It tried to pull him under but he kicked and kicked to the calmer waters. He got a bit scared for a minute. He kept on playing around with her until they both got tired. He sat down on the shore and the sun began to set. They swam for 3 hours. Wow. He laid down on the shore and waited for Lacey to come also.

Lacey gasped as a Bullet went under, she knew he was just playing around, but she was still worried, anything could happen if one goes underwater. She was about to go in after him as a large wave came over him, but exhaled as she saw his head bop out of the water. She followed him up to the shore, as soon as she got onto land, she shook the water off of her long, absorbent pelt and walked over to Bullet. She plopped down close to him and lay her head on his paws, her tail pushing some sand from side to side. She looked at the beautiful sunset before them. "Bullet, I just want you to know, I'll always be with you, just as long as the sunrises and sets." She licked his chin again and nuzzled his ear.

Bullet laid down and watched the sunset. "I will always be with you too." He said as her head rested on his and her muzzle was above his ear. He grinned "Breeding season is next week." He whispered thinking of puppies and what they would look like. "If we ever had puppies what would you name them?" He asked brining his black paw towards him and curled it onto his stomach. He would always want a puppy and name is Arrow and Ace and Aiko and Akira and Alanis. He liked the names that started with A. But with B he liked Balto and Bandit and Bailey. He liked those names and even more. He wanted to know if the dogs would look like doberman with long hair or a Border Collie with pointy ears and Doberman colors.

Lacey was glad to hear Bullet say the same, if she has a mate, she would expect them to be very loyal. As he mentioned puppies she smiled. "Hm, good puppy names..." She thought about it for a while as she looked up, 'now, Border Collie names...' She thought to herself, her kind of taste was exotic names. Her favorite names were Kenai, Kiara, Kezan, and Kenya, mostly unique names that start with K. She turned back to Bullet, "Well, I like original names myself, how bout you? I have to let the dad choose a few names too." She smiled and nudged his shoulder, she knew it wouldn't be fair to just have herself choose names and not let her own mate into the scene.

He smiled at how generous she was about the puppy names. "Yes I agree. I would want to name 2 puppies Arrow and Kalani if I had a boy and girl." She smiled and cuddled next to her. Her head on his head, her words soft spoken and beautiful. "I want you to name the others." He said, wanting to have strong, kind and intelligent puppies. He would be heartbroken if one of his pups died. He thought of how beautiful there puppies would look as 1 year olds. "Hey, do you know Mariah. The nanny of our pack?"

Lacey was happy they both compromised about the names of their puppies, plus, she loved the two names he chose. 'Arrow and Kalani, such beautiful names.' She thought. Lacey cocked her head, "Hmm, Mariah... No, no Mariahs I know of. Is she new?" She looked around, maybe she was around somewhere. She slowly got up and sniffed the air, "She around here? Maybe I could meet her." She padded back over to Bullet and sat down to wait for an answer, her tail still brushing sand across the beach floor, a short gust of wind passed by the two, her eyes squinted, almost closing as sand flew into them. She plopped down and ran her paws over her face, trying to get the sand out.

Bullet laughed at how jumpy she was. She quickly tried to brush sand from her face and Bullet laughed so hard. "Ok eager Beaver." He howled very loud and it was somewhat long. He sat down and looked at her. He heard a howl back. "She is coming now m'lady." He said with his ears perked up. Mariah was pretty fast and swift so it wouldn't take long. "She is then nanny of when your pups arrive. She already planned out where to hide them in case of emergency."
*Mariah*
Mariah heard her leader's howl and quickly arrived on the beach. The sand felt great between her paws and the sun was beginning to set. She ran to her leader and said "Hello Bullet. Oh, is this Lacey? The lead female?" She said. Lacey was pretty and looked like a hyper dog.
*Bullet*
Bullet licked Lacey on the muzzle and said "Yes Mariah." He bowed his head and looked at Lacey. "This is her Lace. My dad Blue Jay protected Mariah's family and.............Well he........Died from when he tried to save her family. Mariah was only a pup at that time." Bullet had a sad look on his face. His dad was his weak spot. He loved his dad. Blue Jay taught him everything.

Lacey's tail wagged madly as Mariah quickly arrived and walked over to them, she always loved to meet new dogs, well, only when she knows about what they are like. She nodded yes as the newly met dog asked about her being alpha female. Her tail froze in place as Bullet talked about his father dying. She put her paw on his and nuzzled his cheek, as mentioned before, she absolutely hated to see her loved ones disappointed, even more so her own mate. She rubbed up against him and gave a thump of her tail and a warm smile to make him feel better. To get Bullet's mind off the subject, she changed it. "So uh, Mariah, Bullet says your gonna be the nanny of our future little ones. You excited as I am about them comin?"

Bullet licked Lacey's head and smiled. She alwasy cheered him up. He had a family now and his old family was left behind and the memories as well. He turned to Mariah and waited to hear her response.
*Mariah*
Her tail went left to right repeatedly "Ohhhhh YESSS!" She jumped all around and barked. "I can't wait to take care of them and see what they look like. I've always been Bullet's family friend and when we were smaller we used to hang out sometimes. I told him if he ever has pups I wanna take care of them." She smiled and daydreamed about the puppies first yap and first little play fight, and especially there new little howl. She looked back at the two.
*Bullet*
"Yes that is true. You will take GREAT care of my pups!" He smiled and looked at Mariah in her eyes. He looked back at lacey who's tail was going crazy to meet the new dog.

Lacey was a bit startled at the female's sudden enthusiasm, it made her own tail wag again, glad that Mariah was a hyper one like her, she began panting and danced around with her. As they stopped, she spoke again, "Good." She moved closer to her ear and whispered, making sure Bullet didn't hear. "Don't tell Bullet, but maybe we can teach them a few girly stuff uh?" She winked at her went back to his side again. She knew her mate was eager to teach the pups all about fighting and being a good little warriors, but she wanted them to have a bit of sweetness in them too. She nodded, signaling Mariah that she could leave, and turned back to Bullet. "He, looks like my wonderful mate has found the perfect nanny." Lacey gave him a big smile and licked his nose.

Mariah smiled and nodded. "Yes ma'am." She turned around and sprinted off to go hunt because she was hungry after wandering and then coming here to talk with her two leaders.
*Bullet*
Bullet laughed as he saw the girls talk then Lacey licked his nose and he smiled. Him and her walked down the shoreline together. "So, when our pups arrive i'll name the boys and you can name the girls, unless you have a boy name or I have a girl name." He smiled and walked next to Lacey. Borderman puppies. He said "Hey want to go back to the hotel?" He said smiling and stopping. He panted a little bit then turned to Lacey.
