Cold, cruel, merciless. Skilled in the careful art of a silent kill. The introverted hound does what it takes to survive with uncanny ease. She lives like a phantom, speaking only to those who hold significance somewhere within her internal plans. Very rarely does Zero ever let emotions influence her careful decisions, or even allow such feelings to be known. Very little thought plays across her copper face, or dances through her amber eyes. Yet it's there. Her mind is working constantly, like gears turning within the confines of her skull.
On the outside, she is a machine.

Buried deep are the tattered remains of a mortal's life. Memories and feelings so long forgotten that they have begun to gather dust in the girl's sorry excuse for a heart. Weaknesses and desires suffocate within her iron exterior, grasping at the edges of her mind like ghosts of a long-gone era. Zero wants only to leave them behind, and to let the cold front she puts up to become her. The neglected pieces of her, however, manifest themselves in the form of vivid, ceaseless dreams, from which Zero often wakes to the sound of her own voice, calling into the night while she is unconscious. For this reason the hound plans her sleep carefully, seeking out secluded, forgotten places in which to rest.
